When you want your guests to feel as if they’ve stepped into a painting for your celebration—nothing short of planning a wedding in Paris, tying the knot in the Caribbean, or getting married in Italy will do. But planning a wedding abroad is incredibly complicated and time-consuming.

Our team of talented destination wedding planners is here to change that. We tend to every task that goes into producing a wedding overseas with incredible care—so you can continue daydreaming about that far-away locale without the worry of logistics looming. We’ll manage your budget, recommend vendors, and curate the kind of itinerary your guests will rave about for years to come. Your only job? Pack your bags and prepare for revelry.

Our partnership begins at least 18 -12 months prior to your destination wedding date and is centred on ensuring you feel cared for at home and confident in what’s to come—so you can fully embrace your experience abroad.

Our bespoke destination wedding planning services are designed to be customized and destined to lift serious weight off your shoulders. We always begin by getting to know you and developing a deep understanding of your schedule, style, and the experience you want to curate for your guests—which ultimately allows us to plan and design an overseas affair that’s as rare and refined as it is memorable and warm.

Above all, we believe you should experience your destination wedding as the ultimate vacation—where your every need is anticipated and attended to before you can even think to say, “Another glass of champagne, s'il vous plaît”.

Services can Include:

Logistics Management

Overall Management of entire wedding planning process and maintaining full communication with foreign vendors on your behalf which includes:
Vendor acquisition
Vendor contract review*
Vendor liaison including onsite wedding coordinator or venue coordinator 
Comprehensive budget creation, preparation, allocation and management
14 routine, hands-on in-person planning meetings (recommended once per month)
Unlimited email, Skype and phone correspondence
Access to our efficient and tailored online planning tools to provide:
Full comprehensive calendar 
Flexible and visual budget reports
Planning checklists
Guest-list, table layout, and seating chart manager
Photography and videography “must-have” shot list(s)
Creation of wedding day schedule 
Coordination of wedding rehearsal onsite at the selected venue 
Wedding day dossier creation for vendors, wedding party and venue managers 

Guest Logistics Management:

Assistance in preparing the details for save-the-dates 
Assistance in preparing the details & information for your wedding website 
Assistance in planning additional tours or excursions while onsite 
Planning and coordination of additional events such as a “welcome get together”, “wedding rehearsal dinner", “farewell dinners”, etc 
Facilitation and management of the group travelling logistics through Nóbl’s Travel Agent partner
Creation of travel itinerary for wedding party and guests 

Week Of Expectations:

Final follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Coordination of Airport to Hotel/Resort Shuttle Travel
Arrival at Accommodations 2 days prior to Bride and Groom to oversee final details
Greeting upon couple's arrival at Resort

Day of expectations:

Implementation of the wedding day schedule 
Vendor logistics management 
Ensures that guests of honour (i.e. wedding party, readers and non-professional MCs) are following the wedding day program
Ceremony and Reception Decor setup implementation and supervision
Assistance with processional and recessional queues
Supervision of the first half-hour of venue teardown
Access to "day-of" emergency kit

The Details

The Investment

Our destination wedding packages begin at $11,000 + HST. Keep in mind this amount does not include the cost of travel for our team or the cost of planning additional wedding-weekend festivities (welcome parties, farewell brunches, etc.)
