HOW IT WORKS

Talk with us about your wedding day hopes and dreams in a complimentary discovery call via phone or zoom! We'll explain, in detail, what working with us looks like and what you can expect from the Nóbl Experience!

booking

You've officially booked us! Start your planning and design journey on our online planning tools. We walk you through Aisle Planner to make sure you're using this online hub to it's full potential!

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS

We establish your budget, book your venue, and map out a preliminary weekend itinerary for you, your family, and your wedding party. We become your Vendor Liaison, and  work with you on every aspect of your wedding day!

Design & Florals

Now that we know where, and how much, we get to talk about all things pretty, establishing the look and feel of your wedding day. Our design team consists of a lead designer, experienced lead florist, illustrator, and a series of preferred vendors that will work together to create a guest experience near to your heart!

Finalizing the little details

Meetings, tasting, trials- oh my! 3-4 months before your wedding day, we help you dot your i's and cross your t's, working along side your creative vendor team and venue to make sure your day goes off without a hitch!

Your Wedding Day

We arrive early and stay late, setting up, overseeing vendor logistics, implementing the design we've crafted just for you, and executing the timeline we've worked to perfect!

Tear Down

For those who hire us for florals, our floral tear down team comes back at the end of the night to turn your venue back to the way it was before our team turned it into your dream wedding!

How Many Weddings do you Take A Weekend?

To provide the best service we can, we only take on one wedding a weekend. 

What is the average budget you work with?

Our average wedding starts from $90k-$100k for weddings with guest-lists ranging from 50-200 people. We do work with smaller budgets for Intimate Weddings (50 or less guests). Altogether, the average Nóbl couple spends between $15,000 -$35,000 on their wedding design and floral costs, above and beyond our service fees. Keep in mind your spend will increase if travel for our team is required.

How many Planners do you have on your team?

 2 lead planners, 1 floral designer and a team of experienced wedding and floral assistants that make up our day-of production team

DO YOUR TRAVEL WITHIN Canada?

Yes! We love to work in Montreal and have a team of preferred vendors on the island! We are open to travelling to British Columbia because it has an established fine art vendor base!

DO YOUR TRAVEL WITHIN Europe?

Right now we are focusing our vendor relations efforts on France, Italy, and The Czech Republic. We are always open to countries outside of these areas, so please don't hesitate to reach out!

DO YOUR TRAVEL WITHIN THE US?

Only within New York City proper. 

Do I have to use your Prefered Vendors?

We are always open to building new relationships within the wedding industry, but we are very picky about who recommend to our clients. They have to meet requirements not only in quality and value but also customer service. They are our preferred vendors for a very good reason: they are tried and true with unparalleled customer experience. So while we will not enforce mandatory vendor usage, we strongly suggest you use who we put forward.

Do you take commissions/kickbacks from your preferred vendors?

No. Never. Rest assured that the vendors we put forward are only ever suggested based on their merit, and not a financial gain on our end.

 WHEN SHOULD I GET IN TOUCH TO START PLANNING MY WEDDING?

We suggest getting in touch, at least a minimum of 10 months before your wedding day. We prefer beginning to work with a couple 12-14 months ahead of a wedding at a venue, and 14-18 months ahead of a tented or destination wedding.
